Synergy Financial Solutions was established in 2009 and is based in Elland, West Yorkshire. The company has a small team of highly trained individuals, committed to offering a high standard of technical excellence and expertise in several areas of financial claims. It constantly strives to ensure consumers are represented and guided through the often complicated complaints handling process in areas they may have been rejected by firms who have mis-sold financial products.

Staff are company funded through the premier financial complaints handling qualification of CeRCH (Certificate in Regulated Complaints Handling) designed for those who are involved in, or have responsibility for, regulated complaints handling within retail financial services. This team continues its work in the research and development of new financial claims types ensuring consumers have access to justice.

Membership Benefits & Services

The Benefits and Services of the Professional Financial Claims Association are intended to extend beyond its own membership. The Financial Claims Management sector needs a credible ‘voice’ at a time of change and increased scrutiny within the sector.
