The Independent Consultation Council (ICC) is operated independently of the PFCA Board.

An Independent Voice

The Professional Financial Claims Association values the opinion of all those associated with the Financial Services sector, regulators, trade bodies representing financial advisors, other associations, product and services providers and consumer groups. It offers the opportunity for an independent voice.

The ICC Chairman, Nick Baxter, holds meetings each quarter where representatives from various organisations are invited to attend, share information, discuss issues and work towards ensuring that the members of the PFCA and wider Financial Claims Management Companies sector are working towards ‘putting the consumer first’, helping to eliminate consumer detriment and generally improve working practices associated within the management of Financial Claims and ensuring consumers have fair access to justice.

Are you represented?

If you would like to have representation at the meetings of the ICC, please enquire at enquiries@pfca.org.uk; your email will be treated in strict confidence.
